heading south

ok so i had careless day on wednesday

it began by getting up, going straight down to have breakie, eating it outside in the shade, then sat by the pool, forgot i had no lotion on and burnt my front bright purple fortunately it didn't hurt

then after an evening nap i sat up from 11pm to 8am playing poker on my laptop on a signal i could only pick up from the back courtyard of the hostel and i was in such a state of concentration i never noticed some sand flies biting me at least 100 times on my arm and ankles

since then iv'e had to wear long sleaves to hide all the bites now today monday is the first iv'e ventured out in short sleeves and my front has almost finished peeling

on tuesday i leave to go 4.5 hours south to dunsborough with an irish guy called david

all the hostels are booked up so we bought a new 3-man tent for 20 pounds(which will come in handy for the 6/7day roadtrip during which we will spend a few days in the outback)

and will just rough it for 3 nights before going another hour south to margaret river which is famous for it's wine and has lots of nice beaches nearby
