I have ever asked a judge, why work as a judge, and does not continue it as his lawyer. Because the judge is a civil servant, compared with some high income lawyers, the income is limited. This judge says to me briefly, he is so tall when though the judge's income is far less than he, as the lawyer, however, when the lawyer read the file, prepared the case ceaselessly in weekend day and night, but he and family are enjoying life easily. I believe, his words are candid. In fact, in U.S.A., the judge's status and honor are very lofty, higher than most lawyers, it is respected and general. Though perhaps his explanation is not all reasons, however, therefore can see, choose the job, the money is not the only one, besides personal interest, hobby, ability, the life style that is still and alone chosen is correlated with values in life. The famous professors of a lot of famous law schools, can all become partners of the famous lawyer's office, annual income can in order to reach more than million dollars. However, they like staying in the school, teach and study, write books to expound a theory, the ones that were taken are much less salaries, because they have different values.  
Carry on research to various professional incomes, do the deep discussion to the job and specialized relation, carry on objective and sufficient understanding and assessment to values, personal interest, ability, it should be a repeated course. Through assessing constantly, are studying constantly, increase knowledge, improve the knowledge structure, improve human performance, can obtain knowledge and ability in conformity with job goal. After people have carried on sufficient autognosis and assessment to oneself, can adjust oneself in various fields, confirm an ideal steady job goal progressively.
